## How accounts are discovered

When idemeum control agent is installed, it will automatically discover all local and domain admin accounts. You can manually manage these accounts from the cloud, or you can automatically downgrade them.

## Manage accounts manually

- Access admin portal of your organization / customer
- Navigate to `Devices` → `Accounts`
- You can now filter accounts with the device filter, select the account and downgrade or remove it from the workstation

## Automatically downgrade admin accounts

- Access admin portal of your organization / customer
- Navigate to `Control settings` → `EPM` and enable the auto downgrade feature.
- You can also specify the accounts that you would not want idemeum agent to downgrade.
