How reason for elevation works

When users request application elevation, they can provide several pieces of information with their request. One attribute is the reason for why the application elevation is requested. Using the simple text area users can provide the explanation why they need to elevate the application.

• The reason for elevation is currently available in the admin portal requests section, admin email elevation notifications, and when elevation ticket is created in the ticketing system. Today we do not show the reason in the mobile application elevation request.
• Providing the reason for elevation is not mandatory and can be submitted as a blank field.
